Exchange Policy
Terms & Conditions for Exchange
1. Exchange Window:
Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
2. A 149/- Fee will be deducted for First Size Exchange.
3. It can take up to 48 hours to accept your request
4. Eligibility for Exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items with stains or damage (unless received in that condition) will not be eligible for exchange.
5. Valid Reasons for Exchange: Size mismatch,Wrong item received or Manufacturing defects.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-made or personalised items
7. Exchange Process:
Customers must initiate an exchange request on WhatsApp Support: 7489861177 (Only WhatsApp Message between 12-6)
Once approved, the items will be picked up, and upon verification, the exchange will be processed.
Pickup will be attempted 3 times if we failed to pickup the product we request the customer to ship from there side.

Whole process can take 10-12 working days. Updates will be provided on your registered mail ID
8. Stock Availability:
Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.
9. Final Decision:
The company reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the terms are not met.

Note:- On Second Exchange: Size exchange done for the first time for a particular product is 149. But if you change the same product for the second time then we do charge you Rs 250 for the second exchange and return is not available after second exchange .
