Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases made through Pluswearindia. By shopping with us, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.


We do not offer monetary/cash returns for any items purchased on our website. (No exceptions)

 


  1. 1. RETURN POLICY

    1.1 Initiate Return Here:

1.2 Return Window: All returns should be submitted via this link mentioned within 3 days of delivery.
Any messages or emails will not be considered as valid request.

1.3 Refund Form: Store Credit/Gift Cards Only
We do not offer monetary/cash returns for any items purchased on our website(No exceptions)
Refunds are provided only as store credits, not as bank or UPI transfers in any case.

1.4 Eligibility for Returns : Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact) within 3 days of delivery.

1.5 Return Charges: Once your return is picked up and passes our quality check, we will issue a store credit (valid for 365 days).
A nominal ₹149 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover reverse logistics.

1.6 Credit Note Issuance & Usage:
After pickup is done,credit coupon/gift cards will be issued within 24-64 hrs.
Credit Notes/gift cards will be sent into registered mail id.
Search for 'pluswear' in your registered mail after pickup is done.
Credit Notes/Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash and can be used only in our website during checkout.

2. Exchange Policy

2.2 Exchange Window: All returns should be submitted via this link mentioned within 3 days of delivery.
Any messages or emails will not be considered as valid request.

2.3Eligibility for Exchange : Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact) within 3 days of delivery.

2.4 Exchange Fee: A nominal ₹149 fee is needed to initiate exchange to cover reverse logistics.

2.5 Stock Availability:
Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be offered.
Exchanges are only available for size.

2.6 Exchange Delivery: - Once the exchange request is accepted, we will initiate pickup for same.
After Pickup is done, You will receive tracking in your mail for exchange item within 48-64 hrs.
Whole process can take 10-12 working days. Updates will be provided on your registered mail ID/Number.
Exchange will be delivered within 6-10 days after the pickup is done.

3. Reverse Pickup

3.1Pickup Availability:
Reverse pickups are subject to availability in your area pin codes.

3.2 Pickup Attempts:
The reverse pickup will be attempted thrice. If unsuccessful, you must return the item to our address.

3.3 Important: A product can only be replaced once; you cannot opt for a refund or credit note for a replacement product.
Once you apply for store credit or an exchange, it cannot be converted to a refund request.
If you fail to receive a replacement order, a store credit will be issued with a deduction of ₹100 for shipping.

3.4 Return Not Getting Picked Up: If the item is not get picked up for return/exchange, it's usually because the delivery partner is not attempting. Please understand that we do not receive any details of the person who is coming to pickup. In this case, please reach out to us so we can rearrange the pickup.



4. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Cancellation Window :
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

4.2 Post-Dispatch Orders:
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned/exchanged as per the above policies after it's delivered.
