Returns & Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY:
We do not offer monetary/cash returns for any items purchased on our website.
Refund Mode: Coupon Code/Gift Cards
1. Return Window: Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
2. Return Charges: A ₹149 deduction will be applied for return shipping.
Please note these charges are for maximum 1 quantity, order containing more than 1 items will be charged more as per weight.
1 Item- 149
2 Items- 200
3 or more items- according to weight.
3. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued in the form of a Coupon Code/Gift Card after QC ( Quality check ) when the product is delivered back to our warehouse, which can be used for future purchases.
After pickup is done,credit coupon/gift cards will be issued in 24-64 hrs.
Credit coupon/gift cards will be sent into registered mail id.
Search for 'pluswear' in your registered mail after pickup.
4. Coupon Validity: The issued coupon code will be Valid for 360 days from the date of issue.
5. Condition for Returns: Items must be Unused, Unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
6. How to Initiate a Return:
• Please reach out to us on WhatsApp with your order number : 7489861177 (Whatsapp Message only as we do not have calling support currently)
•Wait for response from our support team.
•Once Pickup is done, you'll receive coupon code/Gift Card in your registrated mail id.
•Please ensure to wait for pickup as sometimes the courier partner delays.
Pickup will be attempted 3 times if we failed to pickup the product we request the customer to ship from there side.
For Delivery address or any other query related to exchange whatsapp us.
Whole process can take 10-12 working days. Updates will be provided on your registered mail ID

7. How to Use Coupon Code/Gift Card: Coupon Code/Gift Card can be used at the time of checkout.
Can be used only once, price of the new product should be same or higher then the coupon code amount.
Gift Cards can be used only for prepaid orders.
Exchange/ Return is not allowed on orders purchased using Coupon code/Gift Card. With store credit, other coupon can’t be combined.
8. Once order placed, cancellation is not available under any circumstances as our brand has no refund policy.
