We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any occurrence beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Our Contract

To place an order with HerShienBox, you must follow the online purchasing procedure. Once an order is placed and payment is authorised, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. Once the order is dispatched, we will send you another e-mail to confirm the shipping. This constitutes a written agreement between us.

1. Waiver

Pluswear.in may disclose personally identifiable information in unusual circumstances where it is necessary to trace, identify, contact or bring legal action against someone violating our Terms and Conditions. We may disclose specific information about you if required by law, governmental request, process or court order where it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, request or court order.

You confirm that the products ordered by you are purchased for your personal use only and not for resale or commercial or business purposes. You authorise us to declare and provide a declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the purpose above of the products ordered by you on the website.

Users of this website may post reviews, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as it is not illegal, explicit, offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, or any form of "spam."
